Back Drops

We have a variety of backdrops to choose from, Satin or Fire-retardant material. Black White or Ivory. Eight feet height or 10 feet.

We carry accent lighting Queen Ann lights battery or plug in and up lightning as well for a more classic look. Please check our gallery for picture’s ofthe designs.

Table and Chair Rentals

We want your guests to be comfortable throughout your entire wedding or event experience. That is why we use high quality tables and chairs. When you rent from Timeless Memories, there is never a need to worry about a wobbly table or chair indoors or out.

We carry both rectangular and round tables to meet the desired feel of your dining experience.
– Our 60-inch round tables are for groups of 6 to 8 people.
– Our 72-inch rectangle tables seat groups of 6, 8 and 10 people.

The day prior to your event, the Timeless Memories team will arrive to set up your tables. So, you can be stress-free on your big day. The day after your wedding, we will pick up the tables and be on our way. Depending on where you are located, a delivery fee may apply for the drop off and removal of your tables. However, there is no fee for setting up and tearing down! Additionally, we offer wooden tables for registering, cake, gifts and anything else you would like displayed.

When it comes to chairs, comfort is key. We ensure your guests can take a load off with our solid, rustproof fold up chairs. Just like with the tables, we handle the drop off, set up and pick the days preceding and following your wedding. If you’re looking to add a little flare to your wedding with some colour, we also have chair sashes!

Table Linen

To lighten up your wedding we have a vast selection of table linens for you to choose from. Table linens add the flexibility to match your surroundings. We have floor, mid or chair length options for round and rectangular tables that can accommodate 6-10 guests.  When it comes to colour we know you need flexibility.

That is why we offer table linens in black, white, ivory and an assortment of colours.  All linens come stain free and are pressed to have a clean feel!


All our napkins come folded and ready to use wrinkle free. We have a variety of colours to choose from. All our napkins are 17-inches or 20-inches.

From classic black to purple to red or white and more to choose from.

Chair Covers

Three different styles of chair cover to choose from, we carry universal chair covers in white. Banquet chair covers in White or Black or Ivory. Our ivory chair covers have a tie back attached for an elegant look.

All look amazing you can add a chair sash for a pop of colour.

Chair Sashes

We carry two different kinds of chair sashes.

Option one includes a Satin Bow tie with a Rhinestone buckle and comes in over 30 colours to choose from. Classic black, gold, grey and so much more. If you have a colour sample, we can match to the colour of your choice.

The second option is our Organza chair sash that comes in red, black, purple, pink, blue, and grey. 108-inches long, they form a beautiful classical bow on the back of the chair and are floor length.

Satin Table Overlays

Renting our satin overlays will complete your table settings. All our overlays match our napkins, with a variety of colours to choose from. Every Satin overlay is new and only used once. We don’t reuse our runners.

They cover the top of a table setting for 8 guests or fit tables of 10 guests as well. Each table overlay is 60-inches in diameter

Satin Table Runners

Our satin runners fit floor length on a table setting for 8 guests. They are 108-inches long and come in over 60 colours.
